For partners

A reflection layer for people who take depth seriously.

Senda is an AI developmental companion built on the constructive-developmental tradition of Robert Kegan. A person brings one real thing that has a grip on them, and Senda asks the questions that let them see it from somewhere new. No advice, no scores, no diagnosis.

We are opening a small number of partnerships, carefully.

Why it matters to you

Most conversational AI agrees with its user and hands them a resolution before they have earned one. It feels like help, and it leaves people where they started. If your work depends on people actually changing, that is a problem you inherit. Senda is built the other way round: it asks rather than advises, and it stays with the difficulty instead of closing it.

Most AI tells you what you want to hear.
Senda asks what you have not yet asked yourself.

Ways to work together

Between sessions

Coaches and programme leaders give their people somewhere to work between meetings. The client decides what, if anything, comes back.

In a programme or cohort

A group uses Senda across a term or a season, and the reflection work feeds your own material.

In research

A first university study is under way. We welcome others.

Inside your product

Possible, case by case, for the moments when someone brings something real.

Where we draw the line

We would rather say this early than late.

If those constraints work against your model, we are not the right fit, and that is fine.

Senda runs in English, Spanish, German and Finnish, and answers in whatever language a person writes. Conversations stay private to the person by default.
