For partners

Give your people somewhere to do the work between your sessions.

Senda is an AI for adult development, built on Robert Kegan’s research at Harvard. A person brings one real thing that has a grip on them; Senda asks the questions that let them see it from somewhere new. No advice, no scores, no diagnosis.

It is not an AI therapist and it is not built for symptom relief. People often feel better after a conversation; that is a side effect. What Senda is built for is the person doing the seeing, not the problem being seen. If your work depends on people actually changing, that is the part you care about too.

Three ways in

Coaches

Seats for your clients, so they have somewhere to take the thing while it is still warm. You set it up with each client; what comes back to you, if anything, is their choice. Seats are arranged by hand for now: write to us and we will have them in within a day.

Programmes and cohorts

A group uses Senda across a term or a season, one conversation a week, and the reflection feeds your own material. A first cohort is forming now; we set it up with you, start to finish.

Research

A first university study is under way. If you study adult development, insight or reflective practice, we welcome others; Senda’s method and its founder’s research are open to read.

Where we draw the line

We would rather say this early than late.

If those constraints work against your model, we are not the right fit, and that is fine.

Senda runs in English, Spanish, German and Finnish, and answers in whatever language a person writes. Conversations are encrypted and private to the person; only they and Senda can read them.

Write to us

Tell us who your people are and what you would like Senda to do for them. If there is a fit, we will know quickly, and you will hear from Andrés himself.
