Start your free trialYou will be asked for a card. Nothing is charged for seven days, and we email you three days before the trial ends. After that, cancel whenever you like from Account in the app; your membership runs to the end of the period you paid for. Changed your mind after paying? Tell us within 14 days of your first payment and we refund it in full. VAT included.
- Talk with Senda, once a week or more. Typed or spoken, in English, Spanish, German or Finnish. Bring topics that have some emotional charge for you. Senda asks you questions that help you develop through what you bring.
- Every conversation saved in your account. Encrypted, on servers in the EU, with Senda’s short note on each and the shifts marked along the way. Only you and Senda can read them.
- The practices that come out of them. Small things to try in your own life, with reminders if you want them.
- A first grounding conversation. Thirty to sixty minutes in which Senda gets to know how you make sense of things, so its questions fit you from then on.
The first fifty
The first 50 members are founding members. Some places are already taken. Founding members pay €12 a month, or €120 a year, for as long as their membership stays continuous, whatever Senda costs later.
In return we ask one thing. After some conversations, Senda will ask whether you would like to share the transcript with the Senda team for product improvement purposes. You always choose, and Keep it private will always be an option.
Before you start
Is Senda therapy?
No. Senda is a weekly practice for your own development, closer to meditation or the gym than to therapy: no diagnosis, no treatment, no crisis support, and never a substitute for a professional. It is for adults, eighteen and over. If you are in crisis, reach for someone you trust or a local support service.
Can I only talk to Senda about really heavy or serious things?
No, and this is the most common misunderstanding. Because Senda is not therapy, you don’t wait until something is bad enough to deserve a session. A small moment with a charge in it is plenty: the message you keep not sending, the comment that stayed with you. What you bring matters less than how you are holding it.
What happens on day seven?
Your card is charged, €12 or €120 depending on what you chose, and your membership carries on. We email you three days before, so nothing sneaks up on you. If you forget and then change your mind, tell us within 14 days of that payment and we refund it.
How do I cancel?
From Account in the app, which opens your billing page, or by emailing hello@walkwithsenda.com. When you cancel you choose what happens to your conversations: kept, encrypted, until you come back, or deleted for good right away.
Is there a plan for coaches or organisations?
